PMWeb is pleased to announce its 2017 User Conference and Optional Training. PMWeb Clients and Global Partners are invited to join us in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, October 3rd and 4th, for the 2017 PMWeb User Conference at the Trump International Beach Resort (privately owned and operated by Dezer Properties).

  • Learn best practices as well as tips-and tricks.
  • Network with other PMWeb users to share knowledge.
  • Learn about the newest features and enhancements in PMWeb.
  • Roadmap of future features and enhancements.
  • Enjoy an evening of live music, dinner, drinks and festivities on the beach at Gili's Beach Club.


  • $400 per person - Optional Training Day (Oct 2nd)
  • $1000 per person - Conference (Oct 3rd - 4th)
  • Groups receive a 30% discount on the third attendee and above.

Travel Information:
Please Click Here to book your rooms early at our discounted rate. A limited number of ocean view rooms will be provided to the earliest attendees to book their rooms.

Attendees should fly into either Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) or Miami International Airport (MIA). FLL is recommended. For transportation to and from the hotel venue, we recommend using Uber or Lyft. Taxi service is available. Expect a 30 minute ride from FLL or 40 minutes from MIA.

Dual Track Training Sessions
Two courses are offered per session. Training attendees pick one course for each of the four sessions.

Session 1

  • Using the Latest PMWeb Version’s New Settings and Features: Grids and Sub-Grids, Publishing Layouts and My Settings, Project Users and Role Assignments, etc.
  • Custom Form Builder, PMWeb Word, and Notification Templates: This session will provide overview of best practices for creating PMWeb Custom Forms, PMWeb Word Documents, and Email Templates using the out of the box HTML editor.

Session 2

  • Advanced Cost Management. This session will focus on advanced features of PMWeb’s Cost Management module. Topics will include: Cost Ledger Definitions, Using Revised Values, Multi Currency, Using Uncommitted Cost, Close/Open Periods, Adjustments, etc.
  • Basic SQL Reporting – How to take a PMWeb stock report and customize it for your company's needs. This includes adding or removing fields and columns, changing colors or logos, adding watermarks, etc.

Session 3

  • Workflow Best Practices: An in-depth review of PMWeb’s Workflow module including: Setup, Branch Rules vs. APM Rules, RAM IDs, Email Templates, Team Input vs. Collaboration, etc.
  • SQL Reporting Queries – Learn how to write more complex SQL queries incorporating a variety of workflow information, bringing in data from different record types, specs and lists, plus more. Then, take your report to the next level in Visual Studio by adding KPI's, images, drill downs, sub reports, and other eye-catching additions.

Session 4

  • Managing Security and Users: Understanding Basic security; Guest versus Full; Strategies for administrating User Groups and Field Level Security and a exploring Conditional Security.
  • PMWeb SQL DBA Toolbox – Learn procedures to help you correct common situations that may come up in your position as a PMWeb Admin and/or Database Administrator such as moving a workflow to a new pending step, loading data into the database without an importer, and many more helpful SQL shortcuts and insights.
