Who can attend the 2018 PMWeb User Conference and Optional Training Day?
Both the user conference and training day are limited to clients and global partners.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We recommend using Uber or Lyft for transportation to and from airports. If you are renting a car, the hotel venue does offer valet and overnight parking. The fees for that are not included in the ticket prices.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

What’s the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are transferable.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please bring either your printed ticket or have the PDF ticket accessible on your smartphone for scanning at the registration table.
Can I update my registration information?
You may change your registration information online after the ticket has been purchased.
Can tickets be purchased at the door?
Tickets are not sold at the door on the day of the event. All tickets must be purchased in advance.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?
Yes, you may transfer your ticket after purchase.
Is it okay if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
Please make any name changes online prior to the event.
Do I have to decide in advance which training sessions and/or User Conference track sessions I will attend?
You do not need to choose in advance, and seating is on a first come first served basis. We do not anticipate having overflow issues with any sessions. We do ask that you provide which sessions you are most interested in during the checkout process, but that is for internal planning purposes only and you won’t be bound to your selections.
When is my registration considered complete?
Registration is not complete until payment has been received in full.
Are there group discounts available?
Pricing for the third ticket and above is discounted 30%. If you’re ordering more than five tickets, please contact email@example.com.
What are my payment options?
You can pay via credit card, check or request invoicing. Those options appear in registration checkout.
Can my spouse or significant other attend Tuesday night’s dinner and entertainment?
Yes. We have a ticket option available for spouses. Please make sure they are registered in advance and their ticket is paid.
