FAQs
What platform is being used to attend the conference?
We are using the recently launched Zoom Events platform to host the user conference. As we get closer to the event, you will receive information on how to login and access the Zoom event.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations can be made via email to
marketing@pmweb.com. For a full refund, you must cancel by November 4th, 2021. After this date, there will be no cancellation or refunds.
Will I be able to ask questions during the sessions?
Yes – we will have live Q&A sessions following each presentation for approximately 10-15 minutes.
I registered with Eventbrite. How do I sign in?
All registered attendees were sent an email invite to the PMWeb 2021 User Conference Zoom Event platform. Click the register button in that email to get signed up for the online platform. Make sure you are using the same email address you were registered with on Eventbrite. Make sure you watch

Why am I getting a 404 message from Zoom?
This message normally occurs when you have not signed into the Zoom browser with the same email address that received the invite. If you have your own Zoom account with your invited email, use your password to sign in. If you do not already have a zoom account with the invited email address, you can create a Zoom account with that email in order to access the user conference. Make sure you watch

Why am I getting an Unable to Join Lobby message on Zoom?

I can't find my event ticket, what do I do?
Please use
this link to view and register for the PMWeb 2021 User Conference Zoom event platform. Follow the instructions in
this video to register and join the lobby. Make sure you are using the same email address you were registered with on Eventbrite.
Will the sessions be recorded?
The sessions will be recorded for internal purposes only. The only way to see the user conference is to attend it live. For those who cannot attend or miss a session, the speakers’ PowerPoint presentations will be added to the client support portal after the conference. However just be aware, the PowerPoint presentation will not always contain everything shown in the live session.
