This is an excellent career opportunity as an integral role on PMWeb’s sales and marketing team. The primary responsibility of this position is to cold call and identify sales opportunities to set-up meetings for the company’s Sales Representatives.
The Sales Support Representative uses both customer and prospect data sources. The ideal candidate must have clearly developed qualitative and quantitative skills which allow for success in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve all customer and prospect lead generation goals
- Engage in professional conversations on outbound calls to uncover potential sales opportunities
- Create and implement action plans to improve results
- Drive performance using data analysis and sales process skills
- Assist manager with effective feedback on all campaigns
- Interact professionally with internal and external customers
- Build relationships and establish rapport with other team members in the organization
- Utilize effective communication, presentation and listening skills
- Enter data and updates into Pipedrive CRM
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting or business development
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well-rounded, business experience working in a professional setting with a passion for achieving all targets
- High outbound call experience
- Microsoft Office Suite experience required
- Software experience a plus
- Pipedrive experience a plus

Sales Account Manager

In this role, you’ll apply an understanding of PMWeb software, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques, and customer base while selling to global Fortune 500 organizations. You’ll focus on companies that can benefit from PMWeb’s world-class construction project management solution. The primary function of this position is new account acquisition where you’ll grow revenue with an emphasis on new product sales to customers. This includes submitting RFIs, qualifying, conducting product demonstrations, solution selling, negotiation, execution of service agreements, and closing.
We are looking for a dependable, outgoing, client service-oriented account manager with excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent administrative and word processing software skills, presentation know-how, and experience with relevant technology as well as have a no-job-too-small attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Timely follow up and qualification of new prospects from either inbound leads or customer requests generated by marketing
- Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Pipedrive
- Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers

Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Consultant will be involved in design, implementation, deployment, and documentation. This individual will configure applications to meet customer-specific business processes. This position entails creating and maintaining system-related documentation, such as training manuals and videos, statements of work, business requirements, workflows, status reports, and configuration worksheets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position requires a technical individual with construction industry knowledge (drawing on product knowledge for advanced design, configurations, and integration meeting customer needs)
- Identify problems and research alternatives through testing and consulting with peers. Prepare presentations, drive/gain consensus from the implementation team, and implement timely and well thought out solutions
- Prepare Business, Functional, and System Requirement documents
- Configure Enterprise application and business processes
- Support end-to-end business process testing of the PMWeb application prior to end-user acceptance testing
- Prepare custom project training documents
- Ability to travel as required to support the customer(s)
- Ability to work with customers at their customer site
- Consulting skills — ability to meet strict deadlines, synthesize information and act upon it
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with construction management software strongly preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work as part of a growing implementation team
- Must be able to articulate complex concepts to audiences of varying perception levels
- Working knowledge of web technology and databases are required. Large-scale project management experience or construction software experience is welcome
- The ability to follow-through on all projects
- Must demonstrate a strong ability and initiative to learn
- Quick Study, self-starter, not afraid to learn from trial and error
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word is required
- The candidate should also have a high level of attention to detail

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting or related field preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- Construction industry experience and/or 2 to 4 years experience in a client-facing software sales or consulting role

IT Specialist

Full Time – IT Support Person needed for our growing international project management software company – a world-class solution for dynamically managing construction projects through a centralized secure web-based portal.
Individual must be a team player and have good presentation/communication/writing skills.
IT knowledge is a must, with Accounting, Project Management, Marketing knowledge being a plus.
College degree recommended.
The IT Staff Member is responsible for any daily needs to support and help with any tasks that are required to enable the company staff to be more productive.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Active Directory requests for creating new users, deleting inactive accounts, creating security groups, and ensuring file permissions are properly set
- Some Windows Domain Controller maintenance
- Some familiarity with IIS .NET version 7 concepts and associated app pool services
- Knowledge of SAN and NAS Storage concepts
- Antivirus installation and maintenance on the desktop level
- Some hosted VOIP phone management skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years with an IT or technical department
- Professional attitude and communication skills with all staff

- Knowledge of relational database concepts. MSSQL Server knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of terminating Ethernet cables (CAT6 and CAT5e) and some punch down to panel work is helpful. We are able to train for this useful skill as well. Network cable testing and toning from wall to panel or switch. Vendor names include VMWare, Netgear, Cisco, Microsoft
- Managing Windows virtual instances with either MS Azure and Amazon Web Services (IAAS and PAAS) or other private/public Cloud services
- vSphere configuration of existing virtual machines. Provisioning new virtual machines.
- Creating backup jobs, maintaining data backup jobs, and overall knowledge and expertise in advanced backup solutions that accommodate disaster recovery
- Verifying SQL Server backups and restores of data sets
- Installing IIS and configuring app pools on Windows servers
- Installing and configuring users in SQL Server 2012 and newer
- Knowledge or experience managing a co-located datacenter
- Some DNS management of A-records
- SSL certificates installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of routing layer 2 and layer 3 traffic and QOS policy. Overall Fast Ethernet concepts is a plus with all OSI layers
