One of the priorities of ZEISS for the future is to improve their Corporate Real Estate Management process to deliver:

   2. Faster decision-making based on defined gates within a matrix organization.

   3. Optimized real estate services and costs.

In a European Tender, ZEISS requested an excellent supporting tool for their Real Estate Management.

PMWeb
According to ZEISS, PMWeb is the tool that fits their challenges.
PMWeb is a proven solution with many leading companies in various sectors. It is an innovative software package that is capable to support the complete Plan, Build, Operate cycle. It manages documents, offers reporting solutions and the process, guides visual digital workflow engines, and provides industry-specific solutions and support. The solution has many powerful functionalities and is very user friendly (in use, configuration to specific roles and needs, and management).

Implementation Partner
Primaned, a PMWeb partner in Europe, has been selected as a partner because they offer a unique combination of deep knowledge of Project Controls and experience with a comprehensive and flexible solution: PMWeb (Program Management Software Solution). Primaned has been working on the PMWeb implementation of the ZEISS environment since August 2019. This environment went successfully live in January 2020.

“We are confident that working with the PMWeb solution improves making the right decisions quickly, giving us the insight we need and driving efficiency and savings.”
