Smith joins from PMWEB’s Board of Directors and brings more than fifteen years of executive leadership across enterprise software and construction technology.
Smith’s record of scaling go-to-market organizations and building durable customer value starts as an early leader at Taleo, the talent management company acquired by Oracle for $2 billion, where he served as a Group Vice President. At Oracle, he carried responsibility for approximately $1 billion in revenue.
In 2014, Smith joined PlanGrid as employee 45, serving first as Chief Revenue Officer and then as President of Global Field Operations. Over roughly four years, he helped grow the business from $3 million to $90 million in revenue, scaling the company through its expansion phase before its acquisition by Autodesk for approximately $1 billion.
