In this role, you’ll apply an understanding of PMWeb software, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques, and customer base while selling to global Fortune 500 organizations. You’ll focus on companies that can benefit from PMWeb’s world-class construction project management solution. Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Consultant will be involved in design, implementation, deployment, and documentation. This individual will configure applications to meet customer-specific business processes. This position entails creating and maintaining system-related documentation, such as training manuals and videos, statements of work, business requirements, workflows, status reports, and configuration worksheets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position requires a technical individual with construction industry knowledge (drawing on product knowledge for advanced design, configurations, and integration meeting customer needs)
- Identify problems and research alternatives through testing and consulting with peers. Prepare presentations, drive/gain consensus from the implementation team, and implement timely and well thought out solutions
- Prepare Business, Functional, and System Requirement documents

IT Specialist

Full Time – IT Support Person needed for our growing international project management software company – a world-class solution for dynamically managing construction projects through a centralized secure web-based portal.

The IT Staff Member is responsible for any daily needs to support and help with any tasks that are required to enable the company staff to be more productive.

- Active Directory requests for creating new users, deleting inactive accounts, creating security groups, and ensuring file permissions are properly set
- Some Windows Domain Controller maintenance
