The University of North Texas System implemented in 2017 with a small group for major capital projects and has since expanded use to all 3 campuses' facilities groups, leveraging the planning & cost modules heavily to manage all projects, from small renovations to major capital projects. Under Dianna’s leadership, the team continually explores ways to expand their use of PMWEB to improve efficiencies, break down silos and streamline processes across several user groups.
